These Terms of Service govern your use of Reminder Genie, operated by Inside Analytics (Pty) Ltd.

1. Using Reminder Genie

You must keep your login details secure and use the platform responsibly. You agree not to misuse or attempt to interfere with the system.

2. Accounts & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Company owners may manage users and data inside their workspace.
• Reminder data uploaded to the platform remains your responsibility.

3. Payments & Billing

• Payments are handled securely through PayFast.
• We do not collect or store any card details.
• You may cancel any time; your subscription continues until the end of the billing cycle.

4. Data & Privacy

Your data is protected as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Liability

Reminder Genie is provided “as is”. Inside Analytics (Pty) Ltd is not liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Loss of data
• Losses arising from incorrect or outdated reminders

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the system.
